Event Information
The food trucks and race check in will open at 8:00am. The race starts at 9:00am. Demos will start at 9:30am. The event will end at 12:00pm.

There will be street parking along Old Hartford Road as well as 36th Street and in the surrounding neighborhoods. There is also two Centennial Trail Heads that can be parked at that are a short walk away. Please make sure to lock your doors and do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
Yes, portable restrooms will be located outdoors at our facility. There will be no restrooms along the route.
Yes! You can donate here. Your contribution is appreciated, any amount helps our neighbors in need.
Yes. There will be a food truck and coffee truck. They will start service at 8:00am and be open until noon.
Registration
- Early registration is $35 through 4/30/2026
- The price will then increase to $45 through 10/02/2026
- Day of registration is $50
All race registration proceeds go directly to the Community Energy Fund.
Yes. Day-of registration will be available on race day until 8:30 a.m. for $50 with card payments only. Race bags and shirts in your preferred size are not guaranteed. Early online registration is encouraged.
No, all registrations are final. Your donation will go to the Community Energy Fund to help your neighbors in need!
No, your registration and bib number are non-transferable.
Shirts will range from XS-4XL.
Packet Pick-Up
Packet pickup will be held at one of the SnoPUD Community Offices during regualr scheduled business hours starting Monday, September 28th through Friday, October 2nd. Please choose your preferred packet pick-up location when you register. If you would like to pick-up your packet the morning of, there will be an additional $10 fee.
Yes! We encourage people to pick up packets for their friends and family during packet pickup week.
Yes. If you do not pick up your bib number, you will not be able to participate the day of the race. Bib numbers are required to be worn during the race.
Race Information
The 5k will start at 9:00am. You must complete the course by noon.
Yes, but please start at the back of the pack and be cautious of other participants. You must stay 2-abreast on the trail.
Yes, the 5k walk/run is timed. The course has been certified by USATF.
Yes.These bibs record your official time and your bib number allows us to confirm that everyone has made it back safely at the end of the event. For that reason, we ask that you wear your bib number and be sure to cross the timing line at both the start and finish of the race.
